Pre- prep
Step 1
Boil eggs on low for 1/2 hr. That's how I get the shell out easily every time.

Finely chop every listed as finely chopped in the ingredients list.

Peal those eggs, cut them in half, remove yolks and chop egg whites in semi circles. Don't throw away those yolks.
Cooking time

1. Heat Oil and Butter in a pan. Don't smoke it. Just make it hot.

2. Add cracked cardamom and cinnamon stick and let it swim for about 20 second. Again, don't smoke your grease!

3. Add ginger paste, garlic and let them sweat a bit.

4. Add onions and sweat them too.

5. Add egg yolks and mash them all and add just a little bit of water to loosen them in gravy.

6. Add chopped egg whites and stir it gently.

8. (Optional) Garnish it with shredded cheese and chopped coriander leaves.
