Yorksire puddings
I use 5 or 6 eggs, which makes about two trays of 12 small Yorkshire puddings.

Instructions
Step 1
Put as many eggs as you want to do in a glass or cup that you have two of (exactly same size)
Step 2
Then fill up the other cup/glass to same level as eggs with the flour.
Step 3
Pour the flour into a bowl or jug and add salt.
Step 4
Fill the same glass up to same level of eggs with milk.
Step 5
Pour the eggs and milk into the bowl with the flour and beat together.
Step 6
Put oil into the Yorkshire pudding trays and put in oven at 200°C.
Step 7
When oil is hot, pour the just beaten mixture into the tray. There needs to be air/bubbles in it.
Step 8
Put in oven for about 20 minutes or until they are to your liking.
