Step 1
Peel and mash up the banana

Mix in the whole egg
Step 3
Brush a nonstick pan with a little oil or butter, fry on a low to medium heat until browned on both sides.

Add some spices to the mix if you like 👍 I like fresh ginger and chilli, the kids love chocolate drops
