Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in salted boiling water (al dente). Reserve.
Step 2
Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil for about 4mins or until the onions are soft.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomatoes, spices (1tsp each, feel free to play around with the spices according to your taste), tomato paste and pasta water. Then stir.
Step 4
On low heat, add the cream cheese and grated parmesan. Stir until it's combined. Then add the spinach and stir again until they're cooked.
Step 5
It's ready ! Adjust the salt and pepper to taste and serve. Bon appétit !
