Instructions
Step 1
Chop meat, onion and bell pepper. Cook on medium-low heat.
Step 2
Remove mixture from pan. Lower heat
Step 3
Pour Egg whites into pan on low heat. Season with salt + pepper
Step 4
If partiall cooked, add mixture on egg
Step 5
Add cheese on top
Step 6
Fold half egg white to form omlette and finish cooking (flip over if needed)
