Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl combine eggs, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, ground pork, bread crumbs and mix together until evenly combined.
Step 2
Form the mixture into 15 small meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
Step 3
Insert a mozzarella ball into the center of each Meatball taking care to reform the Meatball around the cheese once its been added.
Step 4
Spray the bottom of the crockpot with non stick spray. Spread the tomato sauce evenly in the bottom of the crockpot and add the meatballs on top.
Step 5
Turn slow Cooker on high and cook for 6 hours or on low for 8.
Step 6
Place 3 meatballs and sauce on sub rolls to serve.

Notes

Step 7
Flip meatballs halfway though cook time.
