Instructions
Step 1
Slice up potatoes into little cubes and while you do that boil water
Step 2
Once potatoes are in the pot heavily salt the water
Step 3
When the potatoes are soft/done and olive oil is hot add the potatoes to the pan
Step 4
After the potatoes are in the pan season them and let them cook undisturbed for 5 minutes
Step 5
Once fully cooked add a bit of parsley and remove from heat
