Soy sauce Marinated Eggs
Serving size and nutritional info are not correct since it’s adding up the whole marinade and of course you’re not going to be using all of it.
Serve over rice (topped with a little of the marinade too) or eat as is, or however you desire.
You can reuse the marinade a few times. I’ve reused it to marinade tofu. I have also put cucumbers and carrots to fill up room in the jar, turned out good!

Instructions
Step 1
Cook your eggs to how you would like: bring water to a boil and add room temp eggs (cold eggs will crack open in the hot water), cook eggs for 6mins for soft boiled or 8mins for hard boiled. Transfer to an ice bath once time is up. Peel eggs once cool
Step 2
Add rest of ingredients to a jar and mix. Add the peels eggs.
Step 3
Let it sit at least overnight (8-12 hours). Can last for about 5-7 days. It will get more saturated with time so keep that in mind.
