Instructions

Step 1
Dissolve yeast in water. Add egg and remaining ingredients with mixer. Add enough all-purpose flour to make a soft dough. Let rise until double. Punch down and roll out. Cut out dinner rolls. Place in light color stainless steel baking pan to rise. Do not preheat oven. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown for about 25 minutes on the bottom rack. Note: If you use whole wheat flour, you would need to add extra flour so the rolls don't fall while they are baking.
