French omelette breakfast sandwich
7 steps
Prep:5minCook:5min
A simple French omelette made into a sandwich. The amount of protein is high as I use this for gaining weight for weightlifting. For a normal diet, cut the recipe in half or cut the omelette in half for two sandwiches to serve two.
