When I want takeout, but also want to save some money and not have all the additives, this recipe is my go-to for Beef and Broccoli and my family loves it too!!

1/2 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine cut up sirloin steak, half of the soy sauce, half of the sesame oil, garlic, rice vinegar, and honey. Mix to coat the meat and let it marinate for about 5-10 min in the refrigerator.
Step 2
In a medium sauce pan or pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil for the noodles. While water is boiling, in a deep skillet or wok, remaining soy sauce and sesame oil, diced mushrooms, diced shallot, ginger, white pepper, and broccoli. Cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Then, add the meat and marinade to the saucepan and mix well to combine all ingredients. Cook until broccoli becomes tender but firm and meat is cooked through.
Step 3
When you add the meat to the skillet, also add the noodles to your boiling water and cook them until they are tender. Immediately strain the noodles once cooked and add them to the beef and broccoli. Mix well to coat noodles. Add sesame seeds and cook for another minute. Serve while warm.
