Instructions
Step 1
Mix together eggs and cream cheese.
Step 2
Prep cheeses and spices in a separate bowl.
Step 3
Add butter to medium heat saucepan and pour in the egg mix.
Step 4
Constantly scrape the eggs off the bottom and sides.
Step 5
Then when the eggs are fully cooked add the cheese bowl to the pan and fold into the eggs.
Step 6
Remove from heat and serve.
