Preheat oven to 375

In a large bowl, combine pork, beef, onion, seasonings, bread crumbs, red wine, and eggs

Form meatballs 2 inches in diameter. It should make 24 meatballs. Place in muffin tins or on a parchment lined baking sheet

Bake for 20 minutes

Once meatballs are done, hear marinara sauce in a sauce pan. Simmer meatballs in sauce for 15 minutes

While meatballs simmer, cut open your French bread and add cheese to the inside. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts

Once bread and cheese is done, add your meatballs and sauce. Top with parm cheese and enjoy!
