Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar, salt, egg yolks, oil and water together.
Step 2
Beat well.
Step 3
Add flour and baking powder, lastly fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Step 4
Bake in two pans for 15-20 minutes and when cool fill and decorate with butter icing.
Step 5
180°C (350°F) Oven.
Step 6
Variations: For Vanilla cake add 30g flour and 5ml Vanilla Essence.
