Scrambled Eggs

2 steps
Prep:3minCook:2min
In about the same amount of time that it takes to make your morning coffee, you can whip up a batch of scrambled eggs. Pop some bread in the toaster, and before you know it, you'll be sitting down to a hot breakfast. To make more servings, simply double or triple the recipe, making sure to use a large skillet.

Instructions

Step 1
Crack the eggs into a small bowl. Add the milk, salt, and pepper. Beat the mixture with a fork.
Step 2
Heat the small skillet over medium heat and pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Using a spatula, scrape along the bottom of the skillet to allow the raw egg to run underneath the cooked egg. Cook the eggs until they are no longer runny, about 1 to 2 minutes.
